Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in measurement precision of a three-dimensional shape.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes: acquisition means of acquiring first coordinate data specified in accordance with an imaging result of a predetermined part of an object under first projection and imaging conditions of projection of detection light on the object and imaging, and second coordinate data specified in accordance with an imaging result of the predetermined part under second projection and imaging conditions; and determination means of determining whether respective coordinates of the first coordinate data are actual coordinates representing an actual three-dimensional shape of the predetermined part based upon the degree of coincidence in a spatial arrangement relationship between the first coordinate data and the second coordinate data. The first coordinate data and the second coordinate data are represented on a predetermined three-dimensional coordinate system based upon a known geometric relationship between the first projection and imaging conditions and the second projection and imaging conditions, and the degree of coincidence in the spatial arrangement relationship is calculated from the spatial arrangement relationship between first candidate coordinates and second candidate coordinates.
