Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat pump type high temperature generator with which a heat medium at high temperature is obtained with high efficiency.SOLUTION: The heat pump type high temperature generator includes first and second refrigerating cycles 1, 2, and the second refrigerating cycle uses a refrigerant with a boiling point higher than that of a refrigerant of the first refrigerating cycle. A condenser 12 of the first refrigerating cycle is provided on the upstream side of the flow of the heat medium to a high temperature chamber 40, and a condenser 22 of the second refrigerating cycle is provided on the downstream side thereof, and an evaporator 24 of the second refrigerating cycle is provided on the upstream side of the flow of the heat medium after using the high temperature, and an evaporator 14 of the first refrigerating cycle is provided on the downstream side thereof.
