Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine cooling device capable of reducing a burden of a fan and a bearing portion to a driving shaft while preventing accompanying rotation of the fan caused by the driving shaft.SOLUTION: A clutch 130 includes an inner 132 attached to a rotor 117 and rotated integrally with the rotor 117 and an outer 134 freely rotatably attached to a bearing 123 via a shaft 133 and disposed to enclose an external part in a radial direction of the inner 132. Since the outer 134 having a fan 160 is supported by a cover 56, a burden of the fan and the bearing part to the shaft 86 can be reduced while accompanying rotation of the fan 160 caused by the shaft 86 is prevented as compared with a case in which the outer is attached to the shaft via the bearing portion.
