PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated plate of which end can be easily bent in a relatively short time with a relatively simple process.SOLUTION: A laminated plate P comprises a core material 1 and a metal plate 2 stuck to a surface of the core material 1. The core material 1 has a V-shaped bending groove 4 in a direction from the back side of the core material 1 to the metal plate 2, with an angle between two inclined planes 42 and 43 composing the V-shaped bending groove 4 of larger than 90 degrees, so that the metal plate 2 can be bent toward the core material 1 side along the bending groove 4.
