Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method etc. capable of easily providing a concrete-filled steel pipe having high quality.SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the concrete-filled steel pipe, a spiral sheath tube 11 is provided in an inside of a steel pipe 2 and then concrete 4 including γCS is placed in the inside of the steel pipe 2. After the concrete 4 is cured, the spiral sheath tube 11 is removed. Carbon dioxide is supplied to a hole 5 formed in the concrete 4 by the removal of the spiral sheath tube 11 so as to conduct an oxidation treatment from the hole 5. The hole 5 is filled with a grout material 6A after the completion of the oxidation treatment.
