METHOD AND DEVICE FOR CLEANING INNER FACE OF BAG MOUTH IN INTERMITTENT ROTATION TYPE ROTARY FORM BAGGING PACKAGING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning method and a device which are applied suitably to an intermittent rotation type rotary form bagging packaging machine and which can clean the inner face of the bag mouth certainly and efficiently although it has a simple structure.SOLUTION: A bag W filled with a packaged article is held with left and right grippers 3, 5 with the bag mouth WO open and is moved to a bag mouth cleaning station and is stopped. A nozzle 7 descends and a nozzle body 11 is arranged inside the bag mouth and the upper end of the bag mouth is received into a dust collection hood 39. The gripers are kept away to each other and the bag mouth is strained. A pair of pinching members 31, 35 arranged opposing to each other are brought close to each other and pinches the bag at a lower side than the grippers to seal nearly the lower part than the pinching members of the bag. A pressurized gas is blown out from the nozzle body 11, a jet 21, 23, 24, 25, 26 of a conduit 9 and is blown against the inner face of the bag mouth and a deposit at the inner face of the bag mouth is blown off from the bag mouth and is collected at the dust collection hood to be discharged.
