PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate drying of a pallet 3 and a container 2 in a drying process after draining.SOLUTION: A draining means 39 for draining the pallet 3 includes a holding mechanism 41 holding the container 2 in a suspended state, a raising/lowering mechanism 42 lowering both carrying conveyers C7 and C8 holding the pallet 3 down to a retreat position and a centrifugal dehydration mechanism 43 holding and rotating the pallet 3 at a high speed. When the holding mechanism 41 holds the container 2 and then the raising/lowering mechanism 42 lowers both the carrying conveyers C7 and C8, the pallet 3 is separated from the container 2 and held on a cross frame 47. Draining of the pallet 3 is then carried out by rotating the cross frame 47 holding the pallet 3 at a high speed.
