Beschreibung
Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide biologically active compounds which inhibit cellular niacinamide mononucleotide formation.SOLUTION: Biologically active compounds are screened by: culturing specific cultured cells such as HepG2 cells, U-87MG cells and MCF-7 M1 cells under the presence of compounds whose inhibitory activity in formation of [14C] niacinamide and cellular niacinamide mononucleotide is tested; and measuring the quantities of formation of labelled niacinamide mononucleotide, NAD and NADP. As a result of the screening, such compounds as N-(4-{1-[4-(1-benzhydril-piperigine-4-yl)-butyl]-piperigine-4-yl}-butyl)-3-pyrigine-3-ylpropane acid amide, and N-{2-[5-(4-benzhydril-piperazine-1-yl-metyl)-1-methyl-1H-pyrrole-2-yl]-ethyl}-3-pyrigine-3-yl acryl amide are provided.
