Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recording and reproducing device corresponding to multichannel broadcasting by which transmission of information is efficiently performed, required channel information is easily selected, recorded and reproduced by a simple system.SOLUTION: Second time data conforming to the recording and reproducing device is generated based on preliminarily added first time data. Then, a transport packet, and the second time data to be added to the transport packet are recorded in a predetermined recording medium.
