Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drill evaluation device that evaluates drills objectively and in a way readily understandable to drilling personnel.SOLUTION: A drill evaluation device 2, to be used in conjunction with a simulator 7 that simulates a prescribed electricity accident in an electric power system and causes an operator to conduct a drill in restoring operation, is provided with a data collecting unit 3 that collects from the simulator 7 information regarding the restoring operation carried out by the operator, a scoring data storing unit 4 that stores scoring data resulting from scoring of information associating in a time series a recommended restoring operation against the prescribed electricity accident and supply-obstructed power attributable to the prescribed electricity accident, and an evaluating unit 5 that scores and evaluates the restoring operation drill conducted by the operator on the basis of the information regarding the restoring operation from the data collecting unit 3 and the scoring data from the scoring data storing unit 4.
