Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress rise of temperature in a light source while maintaining performance of a filter.SOLUTION: The light source device has a light source part 111 and a filter 112. The light source part 111 emits light to an optical system in a latter stage. The filter 112 reflects ultraviolet light and infrared light contained in an incident light emitted by the light source part 111 and transmits lights other than ultraviolet light and infrared light. The filter 112 is arranged in such a manner that reflecting light containing ultraviolet light and infrared light is directed toward the side of the light source part 111 in relation to the filter 112, while the reflected light is prevented from irradiating the light source part.
