Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow easy manufacturing while maintaining sealing property.SOLUTION: A rotor 5 includes magnetic inner peripheral part 35a and outer peripheral part 35b and is provided with a non-magnetic body 43 for forming a magnetic path in an intermediate wall 35 separating an internal space from outside, in which the non-magnetic body 43 is formed of a non-magnetic weld bead 43a continuously fillingly formed circumferentially between the inner and outer peripheral parts 35a, 35b and connecting the inner and outer peripheral parts 35a, 35b with each other, and an end part 43b is laid over an already fillingly formed portion 43c in the weld bead 43a. The rotor 5 is manufactured easily by connecting the inner and outer peripheral parts 35a, 35b by the non-magnetic weld bead 43a without requiring a non-magnetic body as a separate member while maintaining sealing property between the inner peripheral part 35a and the outer peripheral part 35b. |
