Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbomachine for preventing an edge part of a patch ring segment from bending in a flow path and contacting a rotor blade.SOLUTION: The patch ring segment 46 is mounted to an inner surface of a compressor casing 12 spaced away from a tip portion of the rotating rotor blade 25. At least one patch ring segment 46 includes a body 80 having a first end 82 that extends to a second end 83 through a surface portion 84. A first wall member 90 extends from the first end 82 and a second wall member 92 extends from the second end 83. The first and second wall members 90, 92 include in-turned sections 94, 96 that define a C-shaped cross-section of the at least one patch ring segment 46.
