Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly control a non-contact state of a mold and a molding raw material without increasing costs such as production and repair of a mold set, and thereby to raise quality of an optical element fabricated.SOLUTION: In a mold set 16, an upper mold 18 as a fixed type mold including a flange part 18a and a lower mold 20 are inserted to oppose together to a sleeve 22 which includes a material holding member 26 which supports a glass material 30 in an inside thereof, and the glass material 30 in the sleeve 22 is heated at a non-contact state to a molding surface 18c of the upper mold 18 and a molding surface 20c of the lower mold 20. In the mold set 16, a spacer ring 40 having a thickness size t is applied between the flange part 18a of the upper mold 18 and an upper end face 22a of the sleeve 22, the spacer ring 40 having a thickness size t is used according to a change of a distance L of the flange part 18a of the upper mold 18 and the molding surface 18c, and thereby a gap g1 between the molding surface 18c and the glass material 30 is controlled uniformly. |
