PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which can be easily unsealed while being equipped with transparency and excellent gas-barrier properties.SOLUTION: The packaging bag 2 is made of a laminated sheet in which a thermoplastic resin film is interposed between a transparent gas barrier film and a sealant layer. The laminated sheet is tubularly rolled, keeps edges overlapping each other in such a manner that a person's hands are joined in prayer, and parts overlapping each other in such a manner that the person's hands are joined in prayer heat-sealed with a pair of opening parts together. A back seal part 3 is formed in the parts overlapping each other in such a manner that the person's hands are joined in prayer, and a pair of end seal parts 4a and 4b (to which downward-sloping hatching is applied) is formed in the opening parts. The packaging bag 2 has performance with a moisture vapor transmission rate of 1 g/m/24 hr or below and an oxygen transmission rate of 1 cc/m/24 hr/atm or below. A plurality of fine scars are formed throughout a longitudinal length in a partial area, including a longitudinal edge of the back seal part, of the back seal part.
