Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an elongated medical member that can readily introduce various treatment instruments and perform a proper treatment in the bile duct or the pancreatic duct regardless of cholangiopancreatography.SOLUTION: An elongated medical member 40 includes: an insertion portion 42 having a long length which is provided with a plurality of lumens 44a, 45a through which an operation treatment instrument for carrying out a predetermined medical action can be penetrated; a guide portion 41 for guiding the insertion portion 42, which is extended from a distal end of the insertion portion 42; and a scope/a treatment instrument channel 44, which are provided to a scope/an insertion portion of treatment instrument.
