SHOWCASE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a showcase to allow a user to smoothly take out a commodity displaced on a commodity shelf while locally cooling an upper area of the optional commodity shelf.SOLUTION: The showcase includes: a plurality of commodity shelves 21-27 that are disposed in a storage chamber 2 of a case body 1 along a vertical direction; an air circulation device 10 that circulates air between inside and outside of the storage chamber 2; an evaporator 15 that cools air circulated by the air circulation device 10; a shelf board 28 that is a component of the optional commodity shelves 26, 27 to move forward when being pulled forward and to be positioned at a storage position, where is a limit position to move backward, when not being pulled; a front blocking member 40 that blocks an upper area of the commodity shelves 26, 27 when the shelf board 28 is positioned at the storage position; and an introduction fan F2 that makes a part of the air cooled by the evaporator 15 flow from an inlet 50 into the upper area.
