CONTENT REPRODUCTION SYSTEM, CONTENT REPRODUCTION METHOD, AND CONTENT REPRODUCTION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce data capacity of content stored in a computer of user side and shorten the amount of time until reproduction is performed from inputting a reproduction request.SOLUTION: A content reproduction apparatus sends rear content which is content after a predetermined division time from beginning of content in content stored in a reproduction side content storage to a server. Then, the content reproduction apparatus deletes the sent rear content from the reproduction side content storage. Then, the content reproduction apparatus receives input of a reproduction request of content. When the content reproduction apparatus receives input of a reproduction request of content, the content reproduction apparatus read out the front content which is content until division time from beginning of content stored in the reproduction side content storage and makes an output unit reproduce. The content reproduction apparatus sends a content acquisition request to the server to read out the rear content and makes the output unit reproduce the read-out rear content sequentially after the front content when making the output unit reproduce the front content.
