Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let a receiver of an incoming call know caller information in advance in a telephone service.SOLUTION: An information reception unit 11 receives declaration of a caller identifier of an annoyance telephone call from a communication terminal 2 and stores the caller identifier in a caller information table 12 by associating the caller identifier with the number of declarations, the number of declarers and comment. If the caller retrieval device 1 receives an information acquisition request including the caller identifier from the communication terminal 2, an information transmission unit 13 retrieves information associated with the caller identifier from the caller information table 12, and a caller information extraction unit 14 retrieves caller information using the caller identifier as a key from a network 100, and returns acquired caller information through the retrieval to the communication terminal 2. This can let a user of the communication terminal 2 know a caller of an incoming call in advance, and make the user to answer the call at ease.
