Further, between a pole 2 and the rotary blushes 28, 28, the solar portion 1 includes: cancellation means for canceling the connection between the rotary blushes 28, 28 and the frame 6 by the connection means in a horizontal posture of the panels 7, 7; and second connection means for connecting the rotary blushes 28, 28 to the pole 2 side in the horizontal posture of the panels 7, 7. By the horizontal rotation of the panels 7, 7 in the horizontal posture, a light receiving surface can be cleaned by relatively rotating the rotary blushes 28, 28 on the panels 7, 7 in a state that the connection between the rotary blushes 28, 28 and the frame 6 is canceled by the cancellation means and that the rotary blushes 28, 28 are connected to the pole 2 side by the second connection means.
