WATER CUT-OFF TREATMENT STRUCTURE OF ELECTRIC CORE WIRE AND WATER CUT-OFF TREATMENT METHOD OF ELECTRIC CORE WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off treatment structure of an electric core wire to be covered by a heat shrinkage tube with hot melt after an insulation coating of an electric wire is peeled in a middle and silicone resin is dropped at the exposed core wire.SOLUTION: In the water cut-off treatment method of an electric core wire, an insulation coating 1b of an electric wire 1 crimped and connected with a connection terminal 12 at least at one end or the electric wire 1 before being connected with the connection terminal 12 is peeled at any position and a core wire 1a is partially exposed. A water cut-off agent is dropped at the core wire of the exposed part and a number of gaps between strands of the core wire 1a are waterproofed to block water intruding from one end of the electric wire 1 into the electric wire.
