Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction system for expression data for predicting a phenotype or the like that is typical of a chemical compound or a disease based on past experimental expression data instead of analyzing a genetic pattern of each experiment and identifying function-specific genes.SOLUTION: S11 to S14 correspond to a flow for creating reference data. S1 to S4 correspond to a flow for actually performing prediction processing by using new experimental genetic expression data (expression data to be predicted). Accordingly, in order to predict a prediction object of a phenotype or the like typical of a chemical compound or a disease, it is necessary to create in beforehand reference data as a standard for evaluating whether or not there are similarities in a feature of a genetic expression or in a pattern of a genetic expression. The reference data is created by using accumulated existing genetic expression data.
