SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTING PERSON INFORMATION, AND PROGRAM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic person information collection system that improves accuracy of person determination by preventing false recognition of a person in a group in an image, and improves accuracy of counting number of persons in the group.SOLUTION: Face images appearing in the same region in consecutive two pieces of frame data are regarded as face images of the same person even if face image feature amounts are different from each other, and information in a recognition DB 23 is updated. When the face images having appeared in the same region in the consecutive two pieces of frame data have been captured as different face images in the same frame data in the past, they are not stored as the face images of the same person in the recognition DB 23.
