Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize management of values imparted with different lengths of validity terms, when managing values with the validity terms.SOLUTION: A value management device associates a value with the validity term of the value as one value block, and stores a combination of more than one value block and an identifier for identifying the combination as a value block group. The device receives the identifier, the value to impart, and validity term of the value to impart. The device specifies the value block group identified by the identifier, and adds new value block generated by associating the specified value block with the value to impart and the validity term. So that the value blocks with different lengths of validity terms can coexist in the same value block group.
