Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner collection container and an image formation device that facilitate cleaning inside a container body.SOLUTION: A toner collection container 2 includes a collection area A1 for collecting toners and a detection area A2 for collecting toners that overflows from the collection area A1. A detection window 60 is provided in the detection area A2 and detects inside the toner collection container 2 being full of toners. A partition member 62b separates inside a container body 50 so that the collection area A1 and the detection area A2 are arranged in horizontal direction. There is space Sp between a bottom edge S1 of the partition member 62b and a bottom surface S2 of the toner collection container 2.
