BIOSENSOR, MEASURING DEVICE FOR BIOSENSOR AND QUANTIFICATION METHOD OF SUBSTRATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantification method for detection appropriate for a supply place of sample liquid to a biosensor, in the biosensor quantifying a substrate contained in sample liquid.SOLUTION: The quantification method of a substrate uses a biosensor comprising: an insulating substrate; a sample supply path provided on the surface side of the substrate; a first set of electrodes and a second set of electrodes which are arranged between a first opening and a second opening of the sample supply path, on the surface side of the substrate, and are sequentially arranged directing from the first opening to the second opening; and a reagent layer provided to at least the sample supply path. When a drop of sample liquid is dispensed to the second opening, if measurement voltage using the second set of electrodes is equal to or above a first predetermined value, after waiting for measurement voltage using the first set of electrodes to be equal to or above a second predetermined value, measurement of the sample liquid is performed.
