Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively arrange floor reinforcing bars in constructing a concrete floor and a concrete slab.SOLUTION: An air hose 4 capable of lifting up a floor reinforcing bar 3 is disposed in a shrunk state on a work floor surface (floor 1). Floor reinforcing bars previously assembled in a lattice pattern are disposed thereon. Air is supplied into the air hose to expand it, which lifts up the floor reinforcing bars. A spacer 5 previously attached to the floor reinforcing bar is rotated due to its own weight. The air hose is then shrunk to lift down the floor reinforcing bars. The floor reinforcing bars are supported by the spacer while a desired cover concrete dimension is ensured between the floor reinforcing bar and the work floor surface. The air hose is then removed and concrete is placed. In the case where the floor reinforcing bars are assembled in a two-stage arrangement, both a lower bar 3a and an upper bar 3b are lifted up by a lower air hose 4a and an upper air hose 4b, respectively. The cover concrete dimension and the distance between reinforcing bars are ensured by means of the lower spacer 5a and the upper spacer 5b. |
