Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for mounting a rooftop-installed object that enables the work for combining a rail member with a foundation structure to be conducted easily with a small number of components.SOLUTION: A device for mounting a rooftop-installed object on a roof comprises a foundation structure 12 disposed on the roof and a rail member 11 that is combined with the foundation structure 12 by a combining means and in which a rooftop-installed object is fixed. The combining means is a bolt 31 that is installed in a receiving member 15 of the foundation structure 12 to freely advance to/retreat from the rail member 11. The tip of a shank 31A in the bolt 31 that is advanced strongly presses and deforms the rail member 11, to thereby combine the rail member 11 with the foundation structure 12.
