Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersant for dispersing sea shell powder which homogeneously disperses sea shell powder which is obtained by grinding and burning sea shells; and to provide a sea shell powder dispersion in which sea shell powder is dispersed by using the dispersant for dispersing sea shell powder.SOLUTION: Sea shell powder, which is obtained by grinding and burning sea shells, is dispersed in water by using the dispersant for dispersing sea shell powder which contains a nonionic long-chain hydrophilic part, which is represented by the formula, and an adsorption part which is adsorbed on sea shell powder.
