Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extinction probe which is effective for detecting mutation in exon 12 of JAK2 gene, a method for detecting the mutation, and a kit of the same.SOLUTION: A probe for detecting a polymorphism in exon 12 of the JAK2 gene, the probe comprising (a) to (c). The nucleotide comprises: (a) an oligonucleotide having a sequence homologous to the sequence complementary to a nucleotide sequence having base lengths of 19 to 50 containing base numbers 114 to 132 in a specific wild base sequence in JAK2 exon 12 genetic mutation; (b) an oligonucleotide having a sequence homologous to the sequence complementary to a base sequence having base lengths of 22 to 50 containing base numbers 122 to 143 in the wild sequence; and (c) an oligonucleotide having a sequence homologous to a base sequence having base lengths of 10 to 50 containing base numbers 41 to 50 in the specific base sequence of F537-K539 delins L mutant type in JAK2 exon 12 genetic mutation.
