MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STATOR OF MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely fix a coil of a stator to a stator core.SOLUTION: A foam resin sheet 60 in which a rectangular sheet is bent in a center and which is constituted of resin foam is heated and expanded in a state where the sheet is sandwiched between an inner wall face of the stator core 41 and a conductor 47 of a coil 48 in a slot 46. Thus, a resin foam portion is formed between the stator core 41 and the coil 48 and a stator 40 is manufactured. Thus, the coil 48 can be fixed to the whole inner wall face of the stator core 41, and the coil 48 can more securely be fixed to the stator core 41.
