CUSTOMER INFORMATION SERVICE SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select and display an optimal screen considering relationships with the last information service screen displayed on each transaction operation using an automatic transaction device for each customer.SOLUTION: A customer information service system comprises; transaction information acquisition means for acquiring data which includes identification information to identify a customer and information showing the type of a transaction during operation of an automatic transaction device; image display control means for displaying an information service image that corresponds to the acquired data on an operation screen; and display image management means for accumulating at least customer identification information and display history information for each customer which discriminates the information service image displayed in past for that customer from an information service image to be displayed in future, separately from other transaction information for the automatic transaction devices, in storage means. Storing and managing administrative data for displaying an information service image separately from other transaction information of the automatic transaction devices allows unique and simple data management independently of a financial system.
