Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately correct an internal time in an environment where there exists disturbance such as a noise.SOLUTION: A radio-controlled clock 100 includes: a time measurement section 320 for measuring an internal time; an envelop detection circuit 250 for demodulating a reception signal to generate a demodulation signal Vx; a binary circuit 270 for comparing the demodulation signal Vx to a threshold voltage and outputting a time code output signal TCO; a cycle determination section 340 for detecting the cycle of the time code output signal TCO; a control section 330 for setting the threshold voltage so that the cycle of the time code output signal TCO approaches a predetermined cycle; and a code determination processing section 350 for determining a time code TC on the basis of the duty ratio of the time code output signal TCO.
