Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emboss printed fabric for a vehicle interior having embossed concave portions which are in fourth or more level in color change and third or more level in color degradation on KQS light resistance test.SOLUTION: A KQS light resistance sublimation dye printed to a printed fabric having fourth or more level in color change and third or more level in color degradation on KQS light resistance test is applied to a transfer sheet to prepare a KQS transfer sheet. The KQS transfer sheet is overlapped with a fabric to be processed which is 0.3 to 4.0 mm in thickness t and 0.5 g/cmor less in bulk density. They are made to pass through a heating emboss roll with a heating temperature of 180 to 220°C and a linear pressure on a convex portion of 2 kg/mm or more to provide concave and convex portions of the heating emboss roll peripheral surface on the fabric to be processed, and in addition, the KQS light resistance sublimation dye is transferred to the emboss concave portions 11 of the fabric to be processed in which the concave and convex portions are provided, and simultaneously, the bulk density of the emboss concave portions 11 is increased to 1.5 times or more of the bulk tensity of emboss convex portions 12. |
