Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving ship which generates electricity by restoring energy from flow near a bulbous bow at the propulsion time of the ship.SOLUTION: The energy saving ship includes an impeller 13 provided at the bulbous bow 4 and a generator 14 for generating electricity by rotation of the impeller 13. A flow passage 9 which penetrates the bulbous bow 4 is formed. The flow passage 9 includes an entrance 10 at the tip of the bulbous bow 4, and exits 11 and 12 at both gunwales 5 and 6, and the impeller 13 is provided in the flow passage 9. A propulsion device 7 is further provided, and power generated by the generator 14 is used for the propulsion device 7.
