RICE HUSKING AND MILLING FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice husking and milling facility whose mechanical room is compactified and which is capable of being stably operated by securing the smooth operation of a rice husking and wind sorting treatment in a centrifugal-type rice husking machine constituted of an impeller and a wind sorting section.SOLUTION: The rice husking and milling facility is so structured that in a machine room B formed backward of a customer's room A, a centrifugal-type rice husking machine 4, a stone removal machine 5, and a rice polishing machine 7 are equipped to be able to continuously and automatically treat; the centrifugal-type rice husking machine 4 is constituted of an impeller section in which the impeller 21a is installed in an impeller case 21 to impact-husk, a passing cylinder 22 to guide husked grains upward, and the wind sorting section 23 communicating with the passing cylinder 22; a lift 3 to discharge the grains at an upper position is installed in the vicinity of the centrifugal-type rice husking machine 4; and an unhulled rice dropping cylinder 25 descending from the lift 3 and communicating with a feed port 21b of the impeller section 21, and a husked rice dropping cylinder 26 descending from a lower part delivering port 23c of the wind sorting section 23 and communicating with the stone removal machine 5 are installed.
