Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress damaging of a body to be cleaned, and to prevent a liquid residue in a holding tool for cleaning, concerning the holding tool for cleaning and a cleaning method.SOLUTION: This holding tool for cleaning includes a storage part 11 for storing at least a part of the body (100) to be cleaned, and a channel (12) opened to the storage part 11. The storage part 11 has a contact with the body (100) to be cleaned by line contact or surface contact over the peripheral direction of the storage part 11, and the channel (12) connects two spaces S1, S2 sandwiching a contact part with the body (100) to be cleaned of the storage part 11.
