EXHAUST-GAS TREATMENT APPARATUS, AND EXHAUST-GAS TREATMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust-gas treatment apparatus and an exhaust-gas treatment method that enable stable operation over long period of time.SOLUTION: The disclosed exhaust-gas treatment apparatus 100 which removes SOcontained in a combustion exhaust-gas, is provided with: a spray means 140 which sprays an aqueous solution containing a dissolved salt into a flue 130 in the upstream side of a wet desulfurization device 114; and wall-cleaning piping 160, along the walls of the flue 130 in the circumferential direction thereof, which supplies wall-cleaning water to the walls of the flue 130, thereby forming a liquid film of the wall-cleaning water across the entire surface of the region of the flue 130 to which the dissolved salt is attached. In the exhaust-gas treatment method which removes SOcontained in a combustion exhaust-gas, the aqueous solution containing the dissolved salt is sprayed into the flue 130 in the upstream side of the wet desulfurization device 114, and the wall-cleaning water is supplied to the walls of the flue 130, thereby forming a liquid film of the wall-cleaning water across the entire surface of the region of the flue 130 to which the dissolved salt is attached.
