PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stent for shortening the healing time after gastrectomy and preventing obesity as needed.SOLUTION: For a shape memory alloy stent 10, a first medical film 15a is coated on the surface of a cylindrical body 15; a connection part where an expanded diameter part 13 and the cylindrical body 15 are connected forms a bent end 13a; a second medical film 13b is coated on the surface of the expanded diameter part 13, and an elastic spherical support stent 30 is configured so as to form a hollow hole 32 passing through the center. The support stent 30 is extrapolated to the outer circumference of the cylindrical body 15 through the hollow hole 32; both ends are connected by a fastening wire 33, and a third medical film 34 is coated on the surface. The bend end 13a of the expanded diameter part 13 is locked to the inner wall of a connection duct which connects an esophagus and the stomach; a swollen spherical surface of the support stent 30 is supported by a bent inner wall of a cardiac orifice which is an entrance of the stomach, and the shape memory alloy stent 10 is inserted to a pylorus via the cavity of the stomach.
