Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screening an antibody bonding with a cell surface antigen.SOLUTION: This method for obtaining the antibody bonding with the cell surface antigen is provided by comprising the following processes: (1) a process of bringing a cell expressing the cell surface antigen on the cell membrane, or its fraction in contact with an antibody library in an aqueous medium having ≥80 relative permittivity at 25°C; (2) a process of preparing a two-phased system consisting of the aqueous medium in (1) and an oily low polarity solvent having ≤20 and ≥1 relative permittivity at 25°C and making contact with the aqueous medium through an interface; (3) a process of transferring the cell expressing the cell surface antigen on the cell membrane or its fraction to the low polarity solvent; and (4) a process of recovering the antigen bonding with the cell or its fraction, transferred to the low polarity solvent as the antibody bonding with the cell surface antigen.
