Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size electric tiller leaving no soil untilled and preventing malfunction even if being used only several times a year.SOLUTION: This electric tiller includes: a tilling rotor 20 comprising a tilling shaft 21, and a tilling claw 22 attached to the tilling shaft 21; and an electric motor 40 for rotating the tilling rotor 20, incorporated in the tilling shaft 21. The tilling rotor 20 is rotated by the electric motor 40 to prevent such malfunction as a gasoline engine causes even if being used only several times a year. Since the electric motor 40 is incorporated in the tilling shaft 21, the tilling claw 22 is closely attached to the tilling rotor 20 with no space formed thereon, thus performing the tilling work leaving no soil untilled.
