Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device having a filter circuit that is capable of ensuring a dynamic range as necessary and that contributes to low current consumption.SOLUTION: The semiconductor device comprises filter circuits (10 and 20) constituted from transconductance amplifiers (103a to 103d and 203a to 203d) and capacitors (104a and 104b). The filter circuit detects electric field intensity of a disturbing signal, and then performs control to adjust both the source-side impedance of a differential input stage transistor in the transconductance amplifier and the bias current of the transconductance amplifier by the result of the detection.
