Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access management system capable of high security management by enabling tenants of a building occupied by multiple tenants or tenants occupying multiple buildings to easily cooperate in management of access to shared floors of buildings and tenant rooms.SOLUTION: A center server 3 comprises an identification number storage part 6 for storing an identification number issued to a person permitted to enter and exit by a tenant on a per-tenant basis, an entry and exit recording part 7 for recording passage history for a person entering and exiting a building 20 from entry and exit records kept by an entry and exit controller 4b provided in a room 15 and a shared floor 16, an entry and exit management part 8 for making the entry and exit controller 4a in the room 15 of the tenant and entry and exit controller 4b in the shared floor 16 permit entry and exit for an admission pass, and an access granting part 9 for permitting access to a tenant only for the entry and exit record of the room 15 and shared floor 16.
