MOVEMENT PREVENTING DEVICE FOR FLUID PIPE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement preventing device for a fluid pipe, capable of suppressing variance in the moving margin of a slip-off preventing member and stably exerting an effect of preventing movement of a fluid pipe.SOLUTION: The movement preventing device includes: a slip-off preventing member 6 having a pawl 8 that can bite the outer peripheral surface 2a of a water pipe P; an annular housing 7 for housing the slip-off preventing member 6 in a housing groove 9; an elastic member 11 attached to the first side face 61 of the slip-off preventing member 6, the side face facing a movement direction of the water pipe P; and a holding member 12 attached to the side face of the slip-off preventing member 6, the side face facing in an opposite direction to the first side face 61. In the process from an initial state to such a set state that the pawl 8 of the slip-off preventing member 6 is locked to the outer peripheral surface 2a, a gap D between the first side face 61 and an inner face 91 opposing thereto is held via the elastic member 11 while the holding member 12 is in contact with an inner wall face 92 opposing to the second side face.
