Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably design the structure of furnace-bottom bricks by predicting a balanced consumed line of the furnace-bottom bricks at good accuracy.SOLUTION: A method for estimating the consumed details and the balanced consumed line of the furnace-bottom bricks, is performed through the following terms, that is, (i) a lattice is generated by giving the initial-stage structure of the furnace-bottom bricks; (ii) the brick-temperature distribution and the fluidity and the temperature distribution of molten metal, are calculated, on the basis of a material-balance formula and a momentum income and outgo formula when the molten metal is held in the furnace and the total range of energy income and outgo formula containing the bricks; (iii) the temperature distribution of each lattice according to the progress of time, is obtained; (iv) it is determined to consume the bricks in this lattice exceeding the limited temperature, based on this temperature distribution; (v) a replacement of the brick determined as the consumption and the molten metal, is performed; (vi) the shape at the lower end level of a furnace-core coke, is calculated, on the basis of a dynamical balance and this shape is reflected as the resistance to liquid-permeability; and (Vii) the consuming background and the balanced consumed line of the furnace-bottom bricks, are estimated by repeating the operations from (ii) term to the (vi) term.
