PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a restriction member for restricting a travel wheel rotation that can be easily and quickly attached, and can reliably restrict unexpected movement of a management machine contrary to its operator's intention when the management machine is not used.SOLUTION: The restriction member 100 for restricting the travel wheel rotation includes: a first restrictor 101 having a restriction face 101c engageable at least in part with a first circumferential region adjacent to one side of a traveling direction of a ground contact region of a wheel 50; a second restrictor 102 having a restriction face 102c engaging at least in part with a second circumferential region adjacent to the other side of the traveling direction of the grounding region of the wheel 50; a support unit 103 connecting one sides of the first and second restrictor 101 and 102 in a wheel width direction to each other, the first and second restriction faces 101c and 102c being across the ground contact region and being kept away from each other in the traveling direction of the wheel 50; and a pair of engagement grooves 103c and 103d engageable with tapered regions of a pair of operating arms 31 and 32.
