Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a flow speed vector and pressure by taking into consideration components of a three-dimensional flow from information in the direction of an ultrasonic beam which is obtained by an ultrasonic diagnosis device.SOLUTION: The speed vector including the speed component in the direction of the ultrasonic beam and the speed component in a direction orthogonal to the direction of the ultrasonic beam and the pressure are calculated with respect to each calculation point by repeatedly operating a numerical value calculation formula based on a Navier-Stokes equation with speed information on the direction of the ultrasonic beam at each calculation point in an analyte as an initial value for each time step. In the repeated calculation, the numerical calculation formula is performed following a corrected curve C to an input value of a term corresponding to pressure of arithmetic expression after performing correction for alleviating a difference when the difference between a reference value and an input value is not smaller than a threshold with respect to a calculation point in the vicinity of a boundary in a range of a flow.
