Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a diterpene-based rosin acid so that the diterpene-based rosin acid of a rosin substitute may comparatively easily be obtained in a shorter time compared to the collection from a tree such as a pine, to provide a transformed plant cell usable therefor, and to provide a transformed plant body.SOLUTION: The transformed plant cell is obtained by introducing one or both of a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide having activities of synthesizing a diterpene of a precursor of the diterpene-based rosin acid, or a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide having activities of converting the diterpene into the diterpene-based rosin acid of the rosin substitute. The plant body is also provided.
