As a result of the authentication, if it is determined that the data transfer is permitted, an encrypted signal is transmitted to the data storage device via the data bus. The received signal is then decrypted. Thus, control such as transferring data only to a specific party to which the transfer is permitted or permitting data reception only by a specific party can be performed.
