PLANT CONTROL SYSTEM AND PROGRAM RELOCATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program relocation method for reducing the cost of a design operation.SOLUTION: This plant control system is provided with: a database for storing variable information on controller global variables and station global variables; a database management part; and a relocation management part for moving a program. The relocation management part is provided with: movement designation means for designating a movement source programmable controller, one or more movement object programs, a movement destination programmable controller and the turn of execution of the programs within the movement destination programmable controller based on an operation signal from an input device; means for moving the programs as designated by the movement designation means; and variable changing means for, when the programs are moved, moving or copying the controller global variables and the station global variables to be used by the programs so that access can be performed from the programs.
